Lot 1006 SILVER TRAIL

Out of Area Y0B 1M0

This land has a story. Once a thriving homestead, these 15 titled acres (6.09 ha) between Stewart Crossing and Mayo hold a handcrafted log home with a wide deck, a large barn/workshop and traditional log outbuildings, tucked among mature trees with frontage on your own private lake and 150m from the Stewart River. Live here full time, build an off-grid escape, or set up a base camp for hunting, fishing and paddling. The groundwork is laid; it's waiting for someone to bring it back to life. Reach it by boat or canoe straight off the river, by an established trail in winter, or by that same trail in summer if you are up for the adventure. Fee simple title, sold as is, where is. Bring your vision. (id:2493)
